As an oceanic hours player I tend to arrive after all the heat has gone out of day one of an event.


I enjoy these events immensely and still have many stacks of planar dusts from one event.

The Barnacle Encrusted sigil (+20 water resist) drops from the pinatas. Saw one already.

That's a terrible idea for the following reasons:
a) You can just farm one event, and you'll have no reward/effort incentive to participate in the others, whatsoever. They'll be dead before they arrive.
b) The events are limited and within a larger timeframe. Participation and the rewards for doing so, should be relatively unique. Yes, the carnival gives you the option to get the 'old stuff' but also within a limited time window. Hey, that water sigil is pretty...

It's not a terrible idea anymore, that stable door is wide open and the horse has bolted. You can farm one event right now for all the rewards of the previous events. Participation and rewards for doing so is no longer a valid argument

they might as well go ahead and make it - new event uses currency A, which then gets transfered to generic old world event currency B after the event.

So you can have it all right away or you can wait a month or two or three and have it all. pretty much the same model as now but without 5 currencies clogging up bags. people are going to keep asking till Trion does it, might as well make it sooner rather than later.

we will be able to buy any resist sigil we want soon anyhow ;P

The Barnacle one is Bind to Account though so you can transfer it between characters. Not to mention being significantly cheaper than the new ones from the planar vendors. Though hopefully they'll soon implement the planar focus runes Daglar mentioned.

I would absolutely love to see mounts drop. Not necessarily the rare ones, but I think it would be a hoot if you crashed a pinata and got a 110% speed Namjok or Yarnasaur...

Or even better, give the people who didnt get a chance to get the other faction's mount. In the beginning of the game, there were Guardians with eldritch steeds and vaiyus (sp?) and Defiants with valmeras and yarnosaurs.

Too bad Elrar said "no mounts"....

My feedback on Pinatas...nice concept to allow folks who missed prior content to try to catch up if they so desire.

Noted Oddity / Drawback: I looted a Pinata this morning and received a complete artificat set (COOL!), but they noticed after I moved 1 of each into my Artifact collection that I now had 6x remaining SOULBOUND artifacts...can't sell em at the AH or to an NPC and I can't trade them...if this is intended, why did I get 7x of each artifact in the 3 piece set?

i got one of those, i just started playing and im only lv 37, is that good? I dont know much about the game but it seemed good had uh lots of slots for stuff

The old ghost horse drops in the ROS chronicle and murdantix drops in the HK chronicle, so you still have a shot at getting them
