I actually saw that model the other day and i was not sure if it's a new model and been there like for ever or not (cos i usually tank so i rush the front to pick adds before the npc charges to her death) but yeah, I was like "look at that!" and my friends on TS were like "wait wut?!" :P

I know it's a bit off-topic but I just wanted to ask you WHY are u so convinced that after 1.9 comes 2.0? didn't u think about it being 1.10, 1.11 and so on?

Imo, Golden Maw & Wanton have made an agreement just like Storm Legion and Abyssal did in IPP storyline by both digging those mountains, one getting the material mined to use it for freeing Crucia and the other having Frozen Army released from their prisons.
I believe, this time the agreement between Maw and Wanton is that Maw will help Wanton somehow free Maelforge and in return once Maelforge is free he will use his dragon fire to melt the gold the Maw has been collecting and summon Laethys through it (since Laethys is not actually imprisoned like the rest of the dragons but broken into gold pieces and scattered through Telara - that's why the Maw has been trying to collect as much gold as they could ever since Shimmersands quest-line)

I haven't tested anything in ID yet but I think we are gonna engage Maelforge the moment he is doing his part of the deal, resurrecting Laethys. Maybe Laethys will assist Maelforge at some phases of the fight and by the time Maelforge is dead he will be fully formed but still weakened so he will flee from us and we will make a promise to chase him down in the future.

..at least that's my guess

Well, he IS the Flamesire...

And as for Laethys, I think she's the only non-traditional dragon out of the bunch, in that she's not winged at all.

Thats definately a new model. If I am not mistaken the original model was a duel tailed dragon like Scarn/Scerrion.

If you do the LH dungeon he shows up at the end and chases you downstairs, you can't fight him or anything you just burn to a crisp if you dont run fast enough.

Fall of Lantern Hook, the 5 man, is a dungeon based on the idea of "what if you didn't do the questing in this zone and Emberlord Ereetu got free?" It's basically the original sliver (after Terminus of course).

Basically, he frees Maelforge and kills EVERYONE in Telara. Lantern Hook is the last place to fall.

Ive done LH the dungeon multiple times but i've never seen Maelforge in it. Am I just blind...?? I remember you have to run down fast or you die but I dont remember why. Last time I did x-LH or any of the t1s was like 1.1-1.2.
