I spend lots of time doing event quests, closing rift, fighting invasions, killing bosses etc. I'v beed on that freking balcony where nothing interesting realy happend.

20 slot bags I can buy on AH or make them. "Non combat Polymorph" ? please.. this one should be switched with bag. Well rare mount is ok to but whats realy funny is that, the guy who did compleatly nothing douring the event will have exacly the same chance as Me for the best reward.
So why should I even contribute to your next event ? I will just wait for the mail.
It could be a total random reward or it could be dependent on whether you already had a 110% mount or not. Wording is not very clear to me, or it is just my wishful thinking, hehe.
Got entitlement issues much? People will whine about anything.

I enjoyed the event, it was an awesome way to launch a new raid. I think a brand new raid is already in itself a huge reward for us players. The extra package is most welcome though

2. 20 slot bags you can buy on the AH? erm, you can buy epic mounts from vendors and the AH too.
3. 'The guy who did completely nothing . . .' pretty sure most people contributed to some extent, hence the disappointment from all level ranges etc No solid numbers, but im fairly confident. Even low levels wanted to get involved. Better 1 person gets a chance at some loot for free then everyone else gets nothing.

Thank you for such fantastic customer service. My boyfriend and I had plans the day Phase 2 and 3 happened, and didn't realize that by being out of the house that we would be missing out on the entire end of the event.
We were fairly dismayed but this communication makes it clear that you not only listen to feedback, but you care about the quality of your game as you intend to learn from your mistakes and use the knowledge to make events even more enjoyable in the future.
Thank you for letting us know that you care about your customers and that you are making every effort to improve.
Hope this is done per 1 on an account, Not per character. Other wise folks will be making characters and deleting them for the chance for rewards.
I hope it's one per toon. I had a lvl 15 that was doing the stuff in Freemarch and a level 35 for some of the higher stuff. I do see your point though and I don't think they will automatically grant all future toons with the reward. Probably only toons created before a certain date. That's just a guess though.
Yeah, those tools that sat in the queue for hours shouldn't get anything. And those poser-raiders that lagged too much should just reap the sad benefits of their laggy connections. And let's not forget those people that DARED TO HAVE OTHER STUFF TO DO AT THE APPOINTED TIME. How dare they assume the event would last longer than a couple of hours? Seriously what are they on? These freeloaders are ruining the game and should be banned while still being forced to pay! Ugh. Wannnnhhhh

Glad they are "gifting" items because of the technical issues that occurred.
Still smile at a lot of the posts that insist events should be based around their own personal time-scales. Trion provide the "opportunity" (when the servers allow) for everyone to take part. That some may have other thing to do is not really Trion's fault. That said, maybe future events should occur during other prime times to help spread the "sleep deprivation" about for the "compulsives" that just have to have everything.
I do not suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

^ You know, to reach the mailbox to get your goodies in the first place you need to level out of the starter area... and the treasure chests & stones you will get only *after* you've completed the quest to get them, you only get the quest starter thingy in the mail to begin with... so planning to make a ton of alts to try to "farm" the care package would be just a tad time-consuming.
But hey, if that's how you want to spend your game-time, more power to ya'
