I found out watching E3 on TV

I actually heard about this game from a co-worker.
Heard about it from either mmorpg.com or massively.com. I'm always on the lookout for new mmo's to play. When I saw the graphics, the storyline, and the classes of this game, I was quite simply stunned into submission. I remember thinking,"Omg! This could be the one!" Sorry, but I am just not all that enthused about certain other online games/expansions. Now this game, it's just too amazing to pass up! Rifts in the fabric of reality, that has almost limitless potential for an extended and dynamic storyline. And did I mention that the graphics were just absolutely stunning?
E-3 2009 I was watching recap on G4.
From another poster on the newest incarnation of the serverboard from my original EQ server.
I actually heard about Rift from some friends in EQ2. I'm impressed with what I'm reading so far and look forward to more developer notes and hopefully a chance to beta test when that becomes available![]()
Read about it on MMORPG, saw that Hartsman and various other devs I had come to like were involved and got excited!
While i'm flattered, I have to let you know that i'm not a dev.![]()
Actually I applied for a job, and checked out the Trion site a year ago or so. Denied...no call back or anything...sheesh /grumble.
Have been following it @ Massively though as far as getting updates.

I stumbled on it back when it was Heroes of Telara. I was really disappointed in VG's future at the time, and googled for upcoming games in hopes of a replacement. There wasn't a lot of information available on HoT at the time, but even so, the names and companies involved gave me hope. Since that day, I've been spreading the word.
Impatiently waiting...
