Disable Tooltips while in combat?

It's very distracting to get tooltips popping up all the time while in combat whether it's action bar button descriptions, or my mouse hovers over a mob or player's head... anyway to turn this off while in combat?

I just moved it to the very side of the screen, but having it turned off during combat would be better, I searched for that option and have yet to find it
