maybe the one that is in the useful links for newcomers. they condensed down the amount of stickies because it was getting cluttered up there.

They consolidated all the stickies. Then pulled the expanded faq out, which is no longer sticky. You can find a link to the the expanded faq in the "Useful Links for Newcomers!" thread.
