Amardis's Crystal Shield Confirmed as Broken

Amardis's Crystal Shield from the Eggs encounter is confirmed by me to be broken. When procced it has the tooltip of Way of Water and says 1500 absorb. I tested this to see if it was just a tooltip error and after multiple attempts, it absorbed only 1500 damage, 1500 exactly. Can we please get a response and a fix on this? I can reproduce this as much as you want for proof that the trinket does not work. Should be a 2k absorb anyways imo, not 1700, but whatever, fixing this is more of an issue than anything else. Please respond devs!

while u are on it, please look in to the general proc rate of ID trinket, they are all worse than the HK counter-parts eventhough they are suppose to be an upgrade.

I can confirm this is this case at least for the caster trinket Greed of Burburov. It procs ONE more time than AMoP on a two minute parse (and just barely at that).
