3 questions after briefly looking at your site:
1) Will you be making this e-peen friendly by allowing approved public parses with a user-friendly interface with breakdowns by both raid and individual dps/hps along with easily searchable rankings?
2) Are you prepared, host/bandwidth wise, to accommodate the massive influx of data you will receive once the community is aware of your site?
3) Will you give advance notice to the community if you cannot maintain the site due to cost/time and offer solutions for us to assist to keep the service online?
Thanks!

Mage Class Lead for <The Grubs> @ Byriel
3/8 ID
PvP - Rank 40
Just a couple things I noticed when using the site. After the parse uploaded it took about 10-15 minutes for all the fights to be available for viewing (which is fine and you notify the user it will take some time). Thank you for not forcing us to use a FPS destroying parser, or having to cut combat logs to 200 megabytes to upload parses. Compression is so much simpler. It parses a lot of false fights, though. There were 10 raid wipe Murdantix uploads that were all less than one minute in length each. Most of the fights have at least one raid wipe of the encounter uploaded even if you one shot the boss. The password protection seems broken as well.
The pie graph is fine, and pretty cool but names are overlapping each other sometimes. It would be easier to read if it was a bar graph I would think. Ability breakdown is pretty annoying to navigate through if you want to check out specific players damage output and such. Would be nice if it loaded up a new tab with their breakdown when you clicked on their name/area on the graph rather than having to scroll up and click on their name or scroll down to their ability breakdown, then you have to scroll back up to the DPS chart to check that out again. No percentages on anything which may be a problem for some. Love the over healing graph. The DPS numbers seem to be pretty spot on, but would be nice to have a raid wide DPS number somewhere noticeable. Same goes for Total Damage Out, Total Damage In, etc. I would prefer sorting Outdoing Damage by total damage done rather than alphabetically. You may be able to get away with smaller font as well if you are looking to reduce how much space everything is taking up.
Nearly everyone is going to ask you for Raid Wide DPS and Class DPS chart so they can see how they rank among other top guilds. If it takes longer than 2 months to set that up it probably isn't that important until ID is on farm since the event is being PTS tested which means it shouldn't be too far off, and most ID parses for top class DPS are going private until ID is cleared. Maybe a lot of them won't keep them private, though, I'm sure people will speak up about it.
You didn't ask for anyone's opinion but thought I'd share mine in case you are looking for ways to improve the site. Thanks for taking up the role and sharing the site.

I never planned for a public viewing, but this would not be difficult at all and I'm sure it will come soon.

I have some mirrors to supply bandwidth if necessary and will put them to use.
3) Will you give advance notice to the community if you cannot maintain the site due to cost/time and offer solutions for us to assist to keep the service online?
Of course.

I can see a very very large parse, probably the one you are referring to. I would suggest that you upload the parse after the raid, and then move/rename/delete the combatlog from your rift directory. If this is the log Im viewing now, it has many T2's. Deepstrike Mines, Caduceus Rise, AP, Realm of the Fae, ....many many more. In a single log.
Good to see it will actually do on of that size, but never planned for that lol.
Im working again on the password side, and the fight length has always seemed off to me, the way the people stay in combat after the fight is over. Definitely something I will be working on getting a fix to.
All tables on the site are sortable by their headers. Names and Numbers. If you found one that is not, please let me know which one in a PM.
I am working on adding class detection at the moment, and adding a raid total DPS won't be hard. Remember that the above problem with fight length will need to be fixed before DPS will be more accurate. Since it uses the fight length as a base value.
Thank you for the suggestions, I'll continue working on it.
Worked on some things.
Which pie graph was giving you problems? I'll see what I can do with that one.
As per password protection, at the moment it works as such:
Once your upload is done, you have 10 minutes to protect the parse with a password. If you don't password it within that time, it cannot be protected. It seems odd, but if I let anyone protect any parse we would have problems.
I could create a user management system with user logins and all that, but I was trying to be a little different and not have to deal with all that.
That being said I would need to have an area to say what guild the parse belongs to, if I am to setup a public viewing page of the parses.
It may come to a point where I will need to use logins.
