Lets just hope you testers dont fail at getting the encounters ready for release as much this time (be that intentionally or not thats what happened with HK).
It's time for trion to get some pros to do that work instead

Easy solution, those without 400 hit/focus on their equipment and only T1 raid gear try to do the next raid zone. Those with 400 hit/focus go try the next raid zone.
See how you do.
Rift won't make the same mistake WoW did and design content that's too easy I'd think. I've never played WoW, but most people who I talk to who have unsubbed from boredom.

I see two posters who can't justify why trion should cater a new tier of content to 400 players. Guess when that happens all that's left is insults.

We don't have to justify it because Trion has decided to do it themselves.
We're getting a new tier of content with a new tier of difficulty no matter how much you stamp your feet at raiders getting what they want.
Don't complain to anyone when it's not tuned to your guild. There is no money in paying attention to you. That's the cold hard fact.
Don't complain to everyone when it is tuned for guilds who have cleared HK.
Too late, you already lost that game. =(
Zone's not out yet. You'll be disappointed at how many players get to play the content you think is yours. Just because they use us to test doesn't mean it's your personal playpen.

Oh, but there is money in it. According to the latest intel, Trion has secured a new round of funding. Oh, guess what, the difficulty of HK was in place when people decided to throw money at Trion to continue to develop their game(including raids aimed at "400" people).

There is no money in it. Trion's probably kicking themeselves for paying attention to HK raiders while 90% of their player base stalled at the T2/R1 transition. That's when the subs started freefalling.
They won't do it again. If they do, there won't be a game to play.
