There's been some talk if splitting dps for the tower phase; is this common?

That's one of the two ways to make the phase go faster, yes.

Melee run to th closer one with one aoe healer while the rangers go to mid and shoot from there with their own healer. Both meet up on the third (or keep going for the fina phase) and then restavk.

The other option is to have everyone do a mass dps drive by since the towers don't have that much health.

And as it's been said before, a death resist source machine/sigil with a death resist vial might be what fresh raid groups need. I'm building one just for quality of life.

If you do not have the endurance, it's not a "charge" so much as the further the person away is who he targets, he accelerates. That's why you stack; So he doesn't target someone in front and run everyone else over.

So, everyone is being hit by him underground without him being there because the server doesn't update that fast.

So, what you do, is you start shuffling early.

We got him down on monday and used 31 warlord to soak the damage worked perfectly

our final group setup was 3 tanks/2 chloros/inquisicar and a warden/sent hybrid.

With the change to purifiers (added aoe shields) you can try two puris, 1 choro, and 1 icar and the kb is almost nulified. x2 purifiers will make this fight cake. Also, have an icar use a taunt or pull a mob to the middle for the chloro/icar to use for healing. This helps quite a lot too.
