Akylios is the only boss that you need more hit/focus for

Bear in mind, the debuff on Akylios is a really steep one, 130, making him a whole raid tier higher. Make sure your raid is preparing/awarding loot appropriately. And plan on guild respeccing for hit/focus banners at the start.
