Break down Rare Shard into Rare Powders?

Yes, right click it and it should become rare powders.

For the uncommon level mats, dusts merge and becomes shards, shards merge and become crystals, and crystals can then be broken back down into dust. Would make sense that the rare level mats would follow the same progression.

I'd guess it'd be 3 shards -> 1 crystal -> 9 powders -> 3 shards...

Yeah, the issue is- if you need powder and have 2 shards, you can't break them directly into powder. You'd need 1 more shard, then you could make into a crystal, then into powder.

There is no way to go from shards back to powder.
