Are Infernal Phylactery & Enflamed Soul bound to account or are they trable/sellable on AH?

IN our guild we auction them after some them under our guildies for dkp, thus they are trade-able

hmm 3 mats per ID-lockout(1 per mini-boss).
dont know if you can get them further up in ID as well :P so maybe to 5/8-8/8 guilds get more per week
but indeed, very rare :P

Zam says they drop elsewhere in there but not guarantted (like 1% chance) so once a guild has enough people geared they might sell them so thats about....6months - 1 year. lol

did already see threads where they were offered though. 1500 plat for a set of 3. been a while back though, week of 3 I quess

i can confirm they DO drop off trash in ID.

but most guild dont sell them since they are using them to craft the relic boots and solid weapons.

Indeed. I guess its one of those gear levels to skip when storm legion is released. Just like skipping hk relics. Guess its a reward for being able to raid.
