Tanks need seek runes too

Please consider making some defensive stat type runes available for use on seals. As it stands the ap/so ones are just about useless. I can understand if you don't want to make the pure stat runes useable on seals since they are basically just pure stat slots anyway, but consider making some dodge/parry/block/deflect type runes that could go there.

Trion needs to look a Rune Crafting as a whole again anyway.

Level 50s using level 38 runes.

You don't need to pull a Blizzard and go insane on the mod a rune gives but there should be level 50 runes for level 50s.

When the best rune for a tank is what +6 to parry and it's level 28? Hmmmm. At least make a level 38 with a +7:P
