I think originally I noticed variance, but I thought it was like how some artifact locations took longer -- just a bug or something. And then I never really paid attention because I was almost always crafting in bulk and reading a book or something.Originally Posted by Khadra

That doesn't work all the time though, was picking up a grey skill herb and it took me 4 seconds.
I thought speed was based on your level of craftsmanship?

If you say "plz" instead of "please" because it's easier to type, then I will say "no" instead of "yes" for the same reason.
And that right there is why crafting in Rift needs to be overhauled from the very bottom up...
