Evergreen Core.... Freemarch only??

I have been trying to farm for an Evergreen Core for a Armorsmith pattern in Silverwood, I have yet to have one drop. After looking at the patch post, it does not refer to the Guardian starting area, only the Defiant starting area of Freemarch (see below note):

New zone-specific drops come from monsters in the following zones, and are used in recipes from each zone:
Evergreen Core - Freemarch

Have any of you had an Evergreen Core drop in Silverwood?

I'm after the same Evergreen Core and have been in Freemarch for the better part of the day trying to get it to drop with no luck

I got two in Freemarch today on my 18 Mage in Smith's Haven.
I was probably just lucky though.

I just took my lvl 46 over to freemarch and couldnt get it to drop after an hour of farming

I got two Evergreen Cores in two hours farming Iron Fortress in Freemarch on my 26 Guardian Cleric.
