Those are the default colors, per calling for the characters. They're like that normally.
In the actual screenshot, above heads of characters:
light blue is pve color
red is an enemy faction character with pvp enabled if you're pvp enabled also
green is good guy with pvp enabled
yellow (not in this screenshot) is an enemy faction character with pvp enabled when you are pve.
