My previous build is so terribad now.
Let's do more theorycrafting. If you had a build that's working for dual wield spec please share.
At level 20, I would expect this build to be max dual spec damage I can get. But it's painfully weak.

I haven't changed anything up since previous patch. It would probably be better to put the 3 points from pact mentality into five rings, but I want Feral Sweep ASAP.
