Yes but that thinking is antiquated. Most rogues go Ranger in ID. Hence the 1-handers benefit warriors far more than rogues.

1364 AP/944 Crit. I'm still missing 32 AP from Sword PA and 30 Dex PAs, so there's some room for improvement. It's not optimal for 44 Para which favors AP over Crit, since I'm just using my normal 2H gear/sigil. 38 Para favors Crit a little more, around the same as the 2H builds.
I'm releasing a new version of my spreadsheet hopefully tonight or tomorrow with some new things like frenzied strike dry spells and golem inductor uptime. It should hopefully shed some light on 44 Para vs 38 Para

Rogues got daggers and dagger PA, warriors can never get Dagger PA so should never get Daggers..
Warriors need a similar 1H where Rogues don't have the PA for it, so Rogues will not try to get them. A warrior only 1h, given that our DW specs can be good, and not all guilds are not good about remembering warriors can DW also.

well ituziel drops the songsword.. which is rogue only. half our rogues have that sucker already. That plus daggers means they are good to go. Strength heavy swords or axes go to warriors, if they want it. really not that big of a deal
