while also making changes that undo the point of warrior 1.6 tank changes - tank spec freedom. And making pvp and pa farming harder. So dps is a win but they lose elsewhere.
Lets fix those other issues now and long standing bugs.

I realize it's still super early into 1.8, but I'd love to hear Atrius' opinion on how we turned out and what/if he intends to change anything.
