    hehe might be because i'm from eu on a na pts server

    the extra point should be applied instantly anyways.

    Thats just because of how long the Rising Waterfall animation takes to actually land the skill.

    Completely agree with this. The majority of the time, the heal will actually be reduced to 25% due to the abundance of healing debuffs in PvP - making it close to worthless. Especially since FOF is on a higher tier than ToL.

    So what's your response to this Atrius ?

    I did some testing and I may be going nuts but I feel there is a delay now with changes from skills that compute additive damage vs. skills that apply added damage. Don't know if I am wrong or not. But if you want to try and test stuff out over a long period of time. Try wotw with dw and wotm with dw and i think you can see some delay with doing rotations. It is not that big of a delay so it may not be apparent at first.

    Well I've been working on my calculator a bit (nothing to show to the public yet) and comparing the 44 Para/20 Champ/2 RB DW spec with the 51 Champ/15 RB/0 BM spec, they're pretty much dead even both unbuffed and with full raid buffs.

    Anyway you can fit the AOE dps disparity between the two specs? I really want to know how much of a hit dw takes in AOE. Not hating on the specs. I think he did a great job but one is clearly a winner in the end.

    tbh id say the 44 para has less aoe dps, but id definatly trade that for fights that involve alot of disconnects ie. knockbacks, constant running around, and since we dont know all the fights in ID having 2 specs taht deal equal st dps with both of them having there own utility advantage tahts a win

    Yes, overall balance seems to be quite well tuned. 51 CH builds might dominate AoE but definitely less flexibility on mobility fights with long melee disconnects.

    Maybe this issue is not the reduction of the heal but the amount of heal debuffs? No one really cares about a heal debuff till it starts affecting their skills.... Welcome to the heal debuff/PVP reduction owning your skills club.

    DW para and DW 51RB are broken, DW RW doesn't receive the full bonus from AP and DW builds lose 100+ dps (depending on AP quantity)

    All Bosses in ID without adds?) imo 50%+ bosses - aoe encounters

    It seems to gain the correct amount to me. Do you have any data to support this?
