Fiery Destroyer is about 430 dps behind 38 Para RW build

38 Para RW 2H parse: 2458
51CH/ 13Para/2RB with a perfect rotation of Proper Timing with Disruptive Strike and FB as finisher only: 2023

I'm not suprised. As I had expected, 38 Para RW build triple dips from Slayer's, FOW and SLI. Again, Destroyer's Bearing needs an increase to bring it competitive.

can you please compare "38-RW 2h" rotation with 51 champ (and 51 RB) rotations?
after you do i'd still like to know if 1-1-2-1-1-2-1-1-2 spam rotations should be parsing competitively close to ST rotations that use from 5 to, potentially, 8 buttons

They are both similar. Builders in one macro. Rising Waterfall alone. Fiery Burst finisher. Frenzied Strike in macros. Except with 51 champ you don't use a finisher on SLI.

In the grand scheme of things this build did increase in dps with 1.7.1 and has seen some growth. But still needs work

here are some numbers i got on the dummies today, i have about 25k PA and Bonegrinder but I forgot to check to see if i was at crit cap. Oilstone and tablet 35flask and cake also str and dex scrolls for 40 and 40 *forever alone*

RW was critting for about 4k in our classic parachamp
poth critting for about 3400 (axe 1hander so I have some PA for it) i won't miss weaponswitching
average parse around 2750, best was 2850 after 5 minutes (3050+ with wingman applying FA)

Second I did 51riftblade/15champ with the same buffs and topped out around 2200 but that was just thunder strike spam (literally every gcd) with burst finishers. My onslaught build, but it might be enough to warrant freezing armor for raids?


i have also been lolling with 38/28/0 you repeat 1 MB-RW past SLI cd and so are able to use shifting blades on its cooldown but its obviously extremely RNG. However I was able to hold a very steady 2550 over 10 minutes. I had a few two minute parses at over 3000dps with it but had to play the lottery to get said parse. 5 stack golem trains mixed with lucky-as-hell weapon mastery procs for SB-BF might be responsible.
I once read that shifting blades efficiency scales with wpn dps well, so if/when I land a weapon upgrade in the future I will always go back and test this rotation. the 2 points i pulled out of riftblade tree went into imp proper timing




does anyone have an opinion about having a 51riftblade and a BM warrior in the raid fulltime with the other parachamps? that would allow full buffs right?

also does anyone know crushing rune would be a dps increase for dummies//raids overall over 35crit?
