    Atrius is free to take a break. The communication between consumer and developer should never take a break. You have someone else fill in for that position. Customer service doesn't shut down for a day because an employee took the day off. No, you have someone fill in for that position.

    You know that Trion doesn't have people talk about things they have no idea about. There are a lot more variables here that prevent communications that we could not see. Trion always has people to answer generic complaints, questions, concerns in GMs and people on the phone, even on holidays.

    Who's to say "customer service" did shut down. I'm pretty sure answering the 100's of questioned addressed to the class devs on a daily basis does not fall under the category of "customer service".

    When they have meaningful information/updates, I'm sure they'll let us know. I understand everyone on these forums knows EXACTLY how to fix every "problem" with every class, but lets give the devs a chance to become as wise as all of us

    In the end, regardless of the reason why, it's the fact that we're getting no feedback on these issues that bothers me.

    I was hoping that something would be changed post 1.4.5 to our issues, but I guess I won't see those changes at all now.

    I guess I'm using a bad analogy. My point was that Intrinsic gave a possible reason that Atrius isn't responding is because he's taking a break now that 1.6 EI has released. My direct response would be, "That's a terrible reason. Just because some new content came out doesn't mean that our developer(s) get to to sick back and pat themselves on the back. The content team can do that, but our outstanding issues and bugs shouldn't fall on deaf/idle/"taking a break" ears. That's just bad customer relations."

    And don't knock the warrior community, or any forum community, when it comes to presenting solutions. The community, as a whole, is a great resource of data and testing. I can't recall how many times solutions were implemented and/or new problems halted based on feedback from the community in other games.

    What it boils down to is: The silence is deafening.

    I agree that, if the real reason there was no communication was because EI was just released, it'd be a bad excuse. But I'm pretty positive that isn't the case.

    I'm not saying people on these forums don't provide useful information, but there are a lot of people that act like they know exactly how to fix anything they think to be a problem and typically have no idea what they're talking about.

    Your post makes no sense to me. Taking a break is a variable we can not see. Listen, I'm not like most of you who get pissed when the warrior dev doesn't offer to make you a walking god or is posting everyday. I just simply play the game and adjust my specs as things are added, taken out, or tweaked. I play the game, I don't complain about it. I try to test things and collaborate with other warriors who are also happy enough playing the game.

    Want to get pissed at one human being because he isn't PMing you telling you you are the best player evar and stroking your sense of entitlement everyday? That's your issue and I feel sorry for you. That's just not me and although I hope he is working on energy starvation issues I am not going to grow out grey hairs because it's taken a bit longer than usual.

    Don't agree with the way Trion devs handle things? Do something constructive such as taking your money elsewhere(you won't be missed) or making a constructive thread and see how fast it gets closed.
