Actually I think that many thought of this before but it wasn't really worth it until warriors managed to run smooth rotations, the 2H Para build really helped with that and gave us the needed training. If the rotation isn't executed very well, this may lead to a DPS loss or only very minimal gain. By running the rotation manually, there are only 150 DPS or so to gain whereas 2hand Para profits a lot more from a clean rotation. But messing up the rotation quickly pushes you below macro DPS, so there is less to gain and more to lose compared to 2hand Para.
Also... we're lazy ;)
One of the selling points for going DW Para was for quite some time that you could just lazily spam a single macro and still be very close to the max DPS possible with those onehanders.
