Kuts can't you put that one in your signature as well, it is nice you have all the other spec links there the way new treads are added to the forum all the time making it harder to find these main spec treads. For some reason I can always find a post by you in a matter of seconds, and thereby a link to these treads.

    1) I am not Kuts

    2) The links in my sig are only builds I currently use and are experience tested by me (those are the only builds I make guides for)

    3) I don't use Kuts' Powerhouse build (I DPS in my raid DPS spec in experts ... but I so overgear experts that it's just me being lazy)

    4) Kuts' build and many others are linked in the Warrior Guides thread at the top of this forum.

Well, got my new BP / Legs. Self buffed, with fine whetstones, cupcake and poor mans powersurge, I have 755 AP, and 880 Crit. I just parsed 1450 with clover buff over 5 minutes on the boss dummy. I'm sure we all know what that's going to scale up to.

Killing murdantix, zilas, and Matron tonight - I'll post a full parse of all three fights using this build. I'll include a screenshot of all my gear and my stats page.

Probably a dumb question, but where do you get poison? Ive only ever gotten them off completed quests as a reward.

Appriciate an updated DW version, just having received my relic dagger. I really wanted to stick to DW, and due to the ease of it, mobilty and all. I value it over the slight DPS loss.

    Thanks again.

I am new to Rift. Is the script in this macro in the right order- e.g, will this macros always do the optimal skill?

I was thinking about the logic in this macro, and would think that Dual Strike, with its low cool down, would always go off, with nothing after it going off, except maybe the range ones when you are out of range, since Dual Strike would usually be up before other things after it.

I am used to macros like this, in other games (again new to Rift) where you put conditional skills and skills with longer cool downs first in the list, so when the conditions are met or the longer cool down ones are up, they go before skills that will be off their cool downs quicker - that way, by putting the short cool down things that are less optimal at end of list, they will only go off when nothing else more optimal is cool downed yet. Or do Rift in-game macros work differently?

The skills under dual strike are off global cooldown. So they go off between dual strikes. In the case of path of the wind/hurricane they are ranged and will trigger only when you are to far away for dual strike to fire.

Oh, so you literally spam that hot key before Dual strike is up each time, then it will get those more optimal between the global cool down on Dual Strike?

Will you still get auto-attacks between skills that way?

I was thinking of making a macro like this:

    For example,

    Would this be more optimal:

    #show Path of the Raptor
    cast Inescapable Fury
    cast Bash
    cast Frenzied Strike
    cast Flinching Strike
    cast Turn the Blade
    cast Path of the Raptor
    cast Dual Strike
    cast Flamespear
    cast Path of the Hurricane
    cast Path of the Wind

Would that macro work the same, actually putting those more optimal skills before Dual Strike the nending with the range skills as I did?

Thanks for putting a revised build for 1.4 out there Krunchh, been waiting for Kuts to make a new topic but I hear he's sold his account.

I've used this build since it was released and was pulling about 1200-1300 tops in Greenscale single target fights, its dropped down to about 1050 now as a tops (mind you with the changes to whetstones this could be why)

I'm trying to work out if I am doing acceptable DPS for someone who's fully T2 geared (except planar belt, needs some purples) using this build, don't really have many people to compare my parses with..

Edit by this build I mean the build you posted on the front page..

There's no reason to put the reactives ahead of Dual Strike. Putting them after Dual Strike forces them to go off between GCDs rather than being given priority even when your GCD is inert.
