bug? single minded focus does not work for sab

I have tested this via looking at a tooltip and tested it on a dummy. It does nothing at all for Blast charge, or any of our charges. So all we are is speccing for the 25% ap, I find that putting the point in nightblade is better off, check out these numbers

With Nightblade:
Blast Charge: 577-582

Blast Charge: no mm single target (NO SINGLE MINDED FOCUS & WITH IT) 515-520
Blast Charge: (NO SINGLE MINDED FOCUS & WITH IT) with mm buff 587 592
