    Default Rogue Bug list - Current 15/05/12

    a while back there was a thread for rogue bugs, found the old thread but its locked now, so time to start a new one. (and please no trolling or QQing, just whats not working and why/whats been noticed)

    Marks:
    retreat is somewhat hit and miss, sometimes it throws you backwards as intended, other times it will throw you in odd directions, I've had it before now throw me forward right smack into the middle of the opposing team, other times it will throw me sideways.

    Energy Regeneration: Our energy regeneration seems to be lower than what's required. Please fix this bug!

    retreat is somewhat hit and miss, sometimes it throws you backwards as intended, other times it will throw you in odd directions, I've had it before now throw me forward right smack into the middle of the opposing team, other times it will throw me sideways.

    Anthem Of Ferver, tooltip says 12%, buff sometimes shows 12% other times 13%

    Ranger:
    Pets disengage from mobs when some powers are used (Interupts?)
    Pets also retain buffs, debuffs and dots when resummoned. (desaroth‎)

    The only actual bug(s) in that list, would be the tooltip bug for fervor, the pets keeping buffs bug and the retreat bug, if it exists.


    It has been said that baneful touch(and poison potency?) only apply to poison BUFFS, not poison abilities.

    Pets disengage when they think abilities from the boss will kill them.

    Sab: Rapid Setup... Theres no need for this skill to wait for one charge to be applied before calculating the other 4. Although mitigated now by mostly triggering charges with bombs, a quick tap on the detonate skill after trowing the charges will detonate just one and apply 4 more after.

    I understand the delay calculation in Trick shot, since it needs to see how many mobs it hits but Rapid Setup can be calculated on trow rather than after applied.

    Ranger pets: Not attacking MC targets in Conclave Fight.

    MM Retreat also acts weird in between CC/snares. Sometimes pushes you a few meters only instead of the full length

    RS ports #1: When locking into a new target and using a targeted port immediately, you sometimes get ported to the previous target.

    RS ports #2: porting inside the target, specially ones with big hit boxes, ****S UP (for lack of a better word) any "stack" strategy for a boss.

    RS/Sin/NB/Sab/Rng/MM/BD: Constant Energy bug eliminates any possibility of Target dummy test or enjoyable dungeon activities unless in the company of a Chloro healer. Bard seems to avoid this problem either by soul mechanics or presence of fervor :P

    Lag is the issue. What I do to counter it is make sure I'm facing the direction I want to retreat away from for a second or so. My issue for retreat is how you can be rooted and retreat, only to see the flying animation and go nowhere. Blows the CD too.

    yup, thats the problem with Conc MC mechanic and it sucks

    Strafe: Ends early on some terrain/fights. Stingers on AK and High Priest Arakhurn in RotP are the worst for me. I've had it stop even when standing still.

    Charge travel time with sab: When at or near max range charge travel time can cause detonate to effect four charges while the 4th is in flight. Please make detonate have travel time or the charges have none.

    Finishers on immune mobs consume CPs but do not grant the other finisher effects. Guarded Steel and hasted shot both suffer from this, I think annihilate does as well but I'm not sure.
    Dummy Foundry rocks. CQ blows. Energy is meh. MORE ROLE SLOTS! Burma shave.

    Gynxz which powers exactly are these?

    shadow shift?
    shadow stalk?
    shadow blitz?
    need to know specific power to include on the list fraid

    This sounds more like a los/terrain issue of whichever instance/raid your doing than a bug with the power.

    Twilight Transcendence Issue:

    I was recently testing builds using Twilight Transcendence in the Nightblade tree and was noticing that it has not been healing 50% of all HP. At max I could get 5 ticks around 700HP per, so 3500 HP and I was testing with builds of 10-11k HP. In other builds it was only maxing around 3k. My HP at base minimum is around 6700 without buffs.

    Any one else notice this problem?

    Not really a bug, more of an itemization issue.

    The ID trash drop daggers are Str/Crit itemized as well as the trash drop sword.
    Any chance one of those drops (preferably the dagger) could be re-itemized for dex/ap?
    As is there aren't enough dagger options in ID and this makes my air PA sad.

    I'm sure the dagger had its stats changed in one of the hotfixes, cant remember which one though - not that it really matters as we've yet to see a single trash drop apart from crafting mats lol.

    Ahh found it, it was hotfix 3:

    *Smoldering Dagger now has higher dexterity than strength

    Says nothing about ap tho

    Couldn't replicate on dummies so not sure if it has to do with the target moving. (not an out of range issue tho.. that Im sure off). Ive had it on instances and PvP. PvP was easy to replicate as a runner and in Experts when chain pulling.


    Don't know if it could be lag related as in the server not recognizing the target change before activating the port. Can anyone confirm having this same issue happen?
