only two piece HK no relic pieces, two beastcarvers and crit bow from inwar

I'm a tank so my pa is towards end dex not so much the gun/sword etc combo. I actually do better dps in mm than in ranger with two piece ranger crystal... question is, does PA have that much of a difference on dps say 1k difference if specced into it wrong?

The difference between no PA at all and max PA is about 300 dps.

You get a total of 192 ap and 60 str/dex.

Keep in mind:

Rogue and Warrior: Weapon PA bonuses have been changed in line with Calling-based Attack Power updates. Instead of increasing weapon DPS by 0.2 for every point spent in a weapon PA node, you will now gain 2 Attack Power per Planar Attunement point spent in Weapon PAs for each appropriate weapon equipped. The Warrior two-handed weapon mastery will give an additional 2 Attack Power per point invested (since only one of these weapons can be equipped). Attack Power bonuses are also applied to your pet.

Im in 51 ranger and this is Ituziel .. (Name Deathheathen)(Cyo and Gas in BS)

My gear = full relic left side, molten brand and Soliton and undertow, No inductor

Could anyone weigh in on what DPS should look like for the purger? I'm our raid's purger for Ituziel as 51MM/14RNG/1RS and I'm pulling between 2.7-3.0K. Would you say that is acceptable as an MM purger for Ituziel?

I'm at around 30,000 PA spent.

I did 2900 last night purging with 51mm13nb2rs.

I could have done 3-3.1 ,but I was being lazy. We decided afterwards it was better to have the inquisitor purge and let me do 4k dps as ranger instead.

It's probably safe to assume your gear level is a bit better than my own so I suppose I should be happy with staying between 2.7 and 3.0 while purging.

As Ranger, I doubt I could get anywhere near 4K but I could probably hit 3.5. I'll run the idea past the guild tonight we we do more attempts.

I have never purged on him before so im just theory crafting here... i can prolly do 3.5k+ in mm with raidbuffs etc idk i havnt str8 up parsed MM in awhile cuz i hated it ... but for purging ur only losing 1 GCD every 12 seconds which adds up to about 33ish+ GCD's on the fight itself ... so id prolly take a 100 dps hit probably... only way to do this is to do a raidbuffed ST parse for MM then do ituziel with as little purging as possible (once every 12 seconds).

Running with this logic, I'd say I'm right about where I should be as my optimal MM parse in a raid setting would be about 3K right now.

Last night on Ituziel I ran ranger
My gear:
4/7 relic on left side.
****ty weapons: Flamesickle, Oceans Fury, Sailors Lament bow. Hylas trinket
rockin pred stone in fire SM.

On our kill shot I parsed 3770 but was holding 3800 pretty regularly. Im sure my weapons are my biggest hinderance.

what is your guys opinion on ranger greater in source machine?

Should 51RNG be using Swift Shot? Crippling, Piercing and Quick Shot all hit harder I thought.
