Am I being crazy or is this actually not a bad build, if a little off the wall and unusual. I've not tested it yet.

For a chance to break out of something once, every two minutes, I can live without it for the sake of trying something new.
I play a rather similar build, and i would suggest a few changes:
Drop the sabo, take 0 point Infi for Break Free.
Put 4 points in BD Combat Efficiency and Flash of Steel
The last point in MM either Bulls Eye or (imho much more important) Imp. Swiftshot.
Breakfree/anticc is a must have or you will be not going anyware far on the battlefield.
Flash of Steel is another life safer, rather high dmg, stunning and freeing of effects...
love to stun the warriors before they can stun me and get away then
Flash of Steel -> Swift -> Hasted Shot -> gain some distance -> Strafe and so on..
Marksman is about speed and movement, use that to your advantage, if you stand still, you're just dead.
It could be a matter of life and death if a rogue/warrior stuns you at the start of a fight. I would probably swap sabo for infiltrator. You won't need the snare as much since you'll have all of the mobility from MM and sprint ontop of that.
Improved Repelling Shot isn't worth it in my opinion... if 2 people are in your face you're usually being CCed to death. Improved Swift Shot is a lot more important, better mobility (you aren't always going to use hasted shot, so you'll end up being awfully slow).
Playing without break free is fine, you don't need it THAT often if you aren't out of position all day. Depends on the map too I guess, it's a lot harder to avoid being jumped in Port Scion than BG/Codex/Whitefall. Though I would probably end up with riftstalker instead of sab. Plane shifting is a great way to get out of situations where you'd be tempted to use break free anyway, and 15% AP isn't that much worse than 15% dex.
It's okay, I know what you meant. I just find that whenever I use any of my CC, ever, I get "immune". But as soon as I get near some warriors, I'm feared and feared and feared and feared. I was spam feared with the smallest time between each one the other day that I decided that while I like having Break Free in my builds, for the sake of this build I'd try it without it.
