i recently decided to make a lvl 19 mage twink and cant seem to find a necrolock build and some info on how to use it, so any 19 pvp builds are appreciated

Get soul purge. DoT ****. Soul Purge. There's not really much more to it unless you want someone to talk to you like you're four.

You can swap 5 points from Fresh Graves into Essence Link for more healing. You can also swap 3 points from Opportunity into Charge gain or ability to refresh Life Leech with Void bolt, but these would provide less burst potential.

Archon is your zero point soul, as Searing Vitality will provide you additional HP as well as functioning as another DoT to throw around.

Other 0 point options are: 1) Stormcaller for the Knockback (this is a very big deal at level 19 with the limited amount of gap closers); 2)Chloromancer for Radiant spores additional healing. Not recommended as you'll just end up wasting soo many cooldowns on Radiant spores, essence surge, DoTs rather than just flat out killing them.

Use the Skeletal Horror pet for more damage. Pets are kind of overpowered at level 19.

It's as simple as taking the best things leading up to soul purge, then picking the best things available with your remaining points.

As far as using it, you'll generally stack your DoTs (Necrosis, Dark Touch, Searing Vitality, Life Leech and situationally, Grave Rot) then Soul Purge. Void bolt can be used as a spam move to nuke too. Add in essence link for more self heals.

You also have a Purge (Consumption) which can be quite effective at level 19 taking out the couple of buffs people may have (things like Dark Armor come to mind).

I assume that at level 19 a typical encounter would be something like:

Open with Lifeleech, add Necrosis then Dark touch. Purge if there is any noticable buff. Void Bolt (for the travel time nuke) then channel Soul Purge.

Make a macro like this:

petattack
cast essence link

This ensures that your pet is attacking your target that you give the pet healing debuff to.

Don't use Plague bolt, it is inferior to Void bolt.

Firstly, you get an instant 10sec cooldown self heal Bloom (for emergencies), Stone Armor (armor buff) and Ice Shield (damage absorb). I dont think you can actually die with this combo since Essence Link seems to be much better at lower levels as well.
