I will be doing my first HK run tonight and I have this feeling that I am missing something and I would like any Mage who has Chloromancer healer through HK for tip's and advice on build what to spam what not to spam and how to go about it in HK.

Because you said it is your first HK run, I'm going to assuming you do not have the 4pc HK bonus/crystal.
With that in mind, you will most likely want to bring along 2 chloro specs. 51 chloro and 36/30 chlorolock.
51 chloro is obviously for tank healing. Synth on the tank, Void Life spam, Ruin if you need to move, use Opportunity procs for Nature's Touch, Bloom/Surge if the tank/someone gets low.
36/30 chlorolock is going to be for raid healing. Keep Ruin on cooldown, spam Vile Spores.
Now for both of these specs, use Flourish after raid wide damage hits, hit entropic veil when you have full charge, and keep Wild Growth on cooldown. If you have a 2nd chloro in the raid, you will want to coordinate Wild Growth with each other so as not to overwrite each other's cast. You will also want to pick one of you to keep up Radiant Spores.
If you were looking for any HK specific tips, it's pretty simple. Don't stand in stuff on the ground, don't stand in front of the boss, be aware of your surroundings.
There is more you can do as a chloro, but honestly you shouldn't need to.

As a 51 chloro, please learn to switch your veils when necessary. I've seen too many chloros just use lifebound throughout encounters.
yeah try healing when you have hybrid clerics in your raid, spamming DoL when the raid takes a big hit, chloro is just filler healing for when its not optimal to use DoL.
51 Chloro is consistent healing every second on the raid, 36/30 is incredibly bursty, and wont counter raid damage nearly as effectively as a hybrid cleric; even keeping ruin on cd, it still has travel time, that no doubt, by the time hits the boss your clerics would have healed the entire raid up.
If you think that 36/30 is the most optimal raid healing spec for most fights, your cleric hybrids must suck.
Hybrid chloros are mostly for additional DPS. Vile Spores clipping has been discussed forever and isn't any better since pyro/chloro is (in my estimation) better than the old chlorolock. Further, Vile Spores makes it far more difficult to actually land a big heal at an opportune moment due to travel time. Seriously though...
^This.
But why do you not want to make clerics look bad?!
As far as the OP is concerned, I think I posted something somewhere about chloro and HK. I forget where....
