    I noticed it tonight too. And in the same vein, even before tonight literally everything is immune to Accelerated Decay in the Dom tree... same spell... shorter duration, plus it has a CD. What gives?

    95% certain this is a bug. Yeah it sucks, but it'll be fixed soon.
