I speced this for fun this morning to see if full lock is viable. At 1050 sp with empowered darkness up 1.5 second cast Void Bolt was able to crit up to 2k as for the dots could crit for 400-500 dmg. Suvivability was ok i think, no chloro/necro self heals, mostly relying on 2min cooldowns and mass fear. I need more testing but perhaps this build could prove better nuking than pyro.
the problem is defile
Defile is for in between ED switches, or when you really want to burn one target using Charge pots.
Specs seems quite viable - insta AOE fear and Mortality helps surviability a good bit. Not the best burst you'll find, but quite a decent mix, considering all the other things you get out of that package.
