Focus cap for raids

I can't seem to get a straight up answer for this so I wonder if anyone did any testing to this..

All I hear people say is the focus cap is at 200, but when I'm at 201 I see resists now and then.

Depending on who you talk to, the answer will be 200-220 for raids. There's also, I believe, a base amount that will always be resisted, but I'm not sure about the %

Is the focus requirement the same for 10 man raids? Can anyone answer that? Thanks in advance.

The cap is 220, anything less and you will eventually see a resist. Anything more doesn't do anything.

200 is the recommended on the tooltip because then you only have ~4% miss.

Yeah just as I thought, with 226 I didn't see any resists.

4% miss is too much, so I'm going to have to fix that, cheers
