[BUG] Cleric MoL does not scale Thick Armor Plate buff

Ahov reported this bug a while back on the crafting and tradeskill forum and it's gone completely uncommented:

http://rift.zam.com/en/item/FCB1FFBC...-Armor-Plating scales with your armor multipliers, including Mien of Leadership and warrior/rogue modifiers.

So, with Mien of Leadership active I gain 316 armor from that item. The lesser versions of armor plating also scale with your armor modifiers.

The "best" version of these, http://rift.zam.com/en/item/FDB1FFBC...-Armor-Plating, does not scale with armor modifiers like it should.

What's going on here Zinbik?

The real reason I am making this repost in the cleric forum is that I just realized, if these buffs are scaling why are the rest of them not scaling? As the recent item buff bug illustrates, item buffs are nothing more than buffs on the character wearing the item.

It's obviously possible that buffs scale with MoL and we've mentioned several times that we'd have less scaling problems if our buffs scaled with MoL, so why aren't they?

I think it's not, but regardless, not the main point of my post, we've always been told that MoL cannot scale buffs, but clearly that is not the case with the heavy armor plating, so what is going on?
