Redesign mechanics of the Shaman part 1 (Hearts and Vengeance and Courage ) Mechanics:
My opinion these skills need a new mechanic or a different was implemented.
Hearts:
Hearts apply Elemental resistances. this should be split into 4 elements. (replacing the 4 Courage's)
The big change, is that each Heart element, adds a brand new unique effect. examples below
Heart of Fire Mountain:
Increase Fire Resistance by 30 of all Group members. Also causes effected allies melee attacks to deal extra 30 fire damage each hit.
Heart of Frozen Sea:
Increase Frost Resistance by 30 of all group members. Also causes damage attacks and spell cast to restore 2% of Mana and Health. (based on attack speed) slower attacks = more mana & health
Heart of Earthen Core:
Increase Earth Resistance by 30 of all group members. Also non physical damage attacks, have a 35% chance on hit to shield the player adsorbing 337 damage, and increasing armor by 10% for 5 seconds. can only proc once every 5 seconds.
Heart of Tornado Fury:
Increase Air Resistance by 30 of all group members. Also damage skills have a 10 percent chance to increase melee attack speed by 30% for 10 seconds, and reduce cast time of spells by 30% of the next spell. slower melee weapons proc more often. can only proc once every 10 seconds.
Heart of The Dead:
Increase Death Resistance by 30 of all group members. Also melee damage skills have a 25% chance to deal extra Death damage equal to 10% weapon, but the attacker also takes damage equal to that done in return.
Hearth of the Twilight Forest:
Increase Life Resistance by 30 of all group members. Also damage attacks has a chance on hit to increase max health and mana by 30% of the damage done for 10 seconds. can not proc more than once every 30 seconds.

vengeance mechanics changed/updated.
Vengeance of the Primal North: Stays the same. except AoE added damage scales (%weapon damage + #) up to 3 nearby enemies.
Vengeance of the Piercing Cold: (This changed into a passive effect that applies to all Vengeance)
Vengeance of the Winter Storm: Changed. Chance on Melee attack to deal Frost Damage equal to 50% weapon damage with extra Attack Power bonus
Vengeance of the Frozen Earth: Melee attacks deal an extra 30 Earth damage, and limit the target's maximum movement speed to 80% run speed for 6 seconds (not effected by DR)

Courage:
Courage of the Jaguar and Courage of the Bear is combined. But Scale by percentages instead of fixed number for all nearby Raid Members. (Self effect): reduce the duration of Fear skills on the Cleric. and increase chance to resist Fear effects by 50%
Courage of the Eagle increase both Wisdom and Intellect. but by percentages instead of fixed numbers for Raid members. (Self Effect): Reduce the effect and duration of Snares by 50%. And increase chance to resist snares by 30%

Glory of the Thunder's Chosen:
Changed.
Glory of the Chosen:
Each time the Shaman's non physical abilities critically hit, they gain a Mark of the Chosen. stacks 5 times. On the fifth stack, the shaman lets out a Lighting Bolt of spiritual soul in a chain, healing the shaman for 298 to 304 health and chains to 3 nearby allies. Each jump reduces the heal by 20%. last 1 hour.

Glacial Shield:
For 30 seconds, Glacial Shield absorbs up to 160 damage the shaman takes, every 10 seconds. Glacial Shield also deals 7 water damage to attackers (increased by spell power)
