pvp healing

I'm looking for a pvp healing spec, that is also fun to play, does this exist?

I've tried mixtures of all kinds of souls and just can't make any of them as fun as well the other 3 callings. I've always been a healer in mmo's.

Why doesn't this game healers grab me?

by pvp healer, i mean, healing, not melee healer or anything, i want good/great heals with good survivability.

having good results with this so far. Some prefer warden but I never felt like I was saving people with a warden build compared to sentinel.

There is no such thing as a survivability healing soul for clerics. In later pvp groups 30+ clerics are way too easily shut down. With chain stuns, 8 sec silences and 8 sec CCs we are completely useless. I have a blast standing there trying to heal but can't because some sabo rogue used all the skill in the world to target me to through an 8 sec silencing bomb on me. So i just stood there as the target I was trying to heal got ownd. Healing in this game when it comes to pvp is broken. And i wont join another WF as a healer until Trion fixed this.

With that being said, I would recommend Sentinel for a defensive healer. You provide very good burst and if specd correctly, can avoid a lot of cc and while pumping out huge numbers.

Can you provide a sample build? I'm new to cleric and I like to pvp so any help will be mucho appreciated.

glassy reflection in warden, 32 point skill
aaaaaand.... thats about all i could see on a cursory glance. im primarily a warden healer with some puri thrown in so im biased lol, but MY way of avoiding cc is:

- never stop moving. auto run toggle is your friend, stop to cast something that's not instant, then keep running!
- stay back! they are more likely to notice you if you are running circles around them...
- LOS!!! (line of sight) they cant squirrel you if theres a big friggin boulder between you and them...

i've found over the years that although your build is important, its not the golden ticket. there's more to pvp than having the right skills in place and using them in the right order. ya gotta know when to stay and fight, when to run, and as a healer, when to let someone die and /ignore them till they stop complaining that you focused on the tank/flag carrier lol...

I was fighting an inquisitor last night and he was around 5 levels higher than me.
Stood in the distance and powered up nice big casty damage spell.

I threw dots then an instant and jumped behind a rock.
"INTERRUPTED"
I lol'd, jump out and start casting my own big spell, this nab just starts casting the big one again.
Rinsed Repeated.
Needless to say.
Owned.

Its more than just build, but I understand the discussion for the "best" build.

I am also still on the search for a decent PVP healing build. Have yet to try Full warden. (I'm low lvl)
