Just/Inquis/Ward for questing on a PvP server?
I'll admit I'm only level 22 right now so I don't have much experience but I've toyed with various builds and I've found this works pretty well, but any advice/suggestions (contructive preferably) would be most welcome.
Level 22 Just/Inquis/Ward
As mentioned in the title I play on a PvP server though I haven't got to the world PvP in this game yet, it can't be thatmuch different than evey other game in principle. The goal with this build is:
Level 50 Jus/Inquis/Ward
This is not a "I Win Button" build, you have to be on your toes and thinking.
At level 22 what I do is mostly AoE farmng with Soul Drain, Vex, and Waterjet for finishing up. Sanction Heretic and Bolt of Radiance are used to build conviction, as are the Justicard melee skills if needed. Maintain Healing Spray on self, Vex on enemies, and spam abilities for healing with Doctrine of Bliss as needed. Between Purpose and Aggresive Renewal mana is no issue.
Now, my reasoning behind this build for a PvP server is the survivability Justicar provides (switch to Mein of Leadership if needed, else run Mein of Honor), the additiona instant cast HoTs, Crashing Wave, and Dissolution from Warden, for obvious reasons, and Inqusitor just because if you want to PvE as a cleric it's a no brainer that Vex + Soul Drain = Win. Inquisitor also provides Impede, Excommunicate, and Perseverance which have obvious PvP benefits.

Forgot to mention (and can't edit, over 5 mins... 5 mins, really?) that the Justicar melee also makes silence not a complete shut down against this build.
This build is also really good for Rift scoring because of all the healing through damage, to yourself and others, and the heavy use of instant casts.

I'd change the points from Symbol of Corruption into 1/1 Fanatism and also try to max Castigation for reduced BoJ, but that's not a must.
as for this build on a pvp server: I use almost the same build while questing(aside from the above changes). up to level ~35 you can absolutely dominate in world-pvp, taking on 2 players with ease. but from there it goes downhill fast. I'm level 46 now and I just don't kill anyone anymore. inqui does not have nearly enough burst to kill someone in pvp and your justi heals won't be enough to keep you up against burst classes. I found bursting them down in Shaman, with Rage of the North up waay more efficient(jump in 1v2, and burst down 1 player before they can even react).
so yea, till ~level 35 you can just roll through mobs/players with that build.
