Start with 3AP if at all possible!

Rotation 1:
Finisher > Charged Pulse/Double Pulse > Electricity Blast > Flamespear > Finisher
Dual Pulse > Shock Pulse > Electricity Cascade
Lightning Torrent

Rotation 2:
Finisher > Charged Pulse/Double Pulse > Electricity Blast > Flamespear > Finisher
Dual Pulse > Shock Pulse > Electricity Cascade
Shock Pulse *until Arc is about to come off GCD and go to rotation 1. Arc should come off CD 4-5 Shock Pulse's in.*

I'm not sure, but I wouldn't use it on a boss fight. It was mostly for show since most champs are using Marks to parse on dummies.

Marks are oGCD so they're just a power drain which is prolly why so many people are complaining about power issues

I used it in Beta 2. My toon is a chick. I lol'd about it. Heck, Intrinsc and I were joking about this very name combination weeks before he posted this guide (you stoled my idea sir!). At least you're not a cleric talking about Puri-Defiler hybrid (PDefile)... yeah, that's a winner too.
