CB being a DPS gain wil depend on your ap and weapon dps level.

You can call it a 1 min rotation if you want. But if you macro EB & IB, it's just the two 10.5 second rotations across 30 seconds. I'd recommend reading Shunn's guide.

If you have setup macros then here's a tip on how to maximize the number of Frenzied Strikes. Like me, I don't have Frenzied Strike in my Tearing Slash macro since I do not want it to eat a Proper Timing proc. In a raid setting, you will find that Frenzied Strike is sometimes left up when Cornered Beast triggers. The simple solution is to set ability ques to long, hit your builder macro two times. At the very last moment, Cornered Beast will come off cooldown but you have a window of opportunity where Frenzied Strike will fire off from your builder macro. Soon as you see that, you can execute Cornered Beast right as it is available.

Yes I know some of you have Frenzied Strike on a totally separate key. This tip is not for you.

So, I took your rotation, Steelwind, which is just a wall of text, and condensed it a bit:

I started by moving one part from the bottom to the top and breaking it into five sections where I found patterns.

TS = Tearing Slash
DS = Disruptive Strike
EB = Earth Burst
FS = Fierce Strike
FB = Fiery Burst
CB = Cornered Beast
IB = Icy Burst

I sit normally at 2900-3000 on the dummy but it does vary depending on crit RNG because i'm currently stacking ap. It seems in raids though it isn't an issue from my experience.

That's what i am parsing with no consumables 2900-3000 , with cheap consumables , keen edge , mighty powersurge (35 dext) and AP food no tablet i push towards 3050 to 3100.
haven't tested with real consumables and a tablet.

I honestly haven't perfected this rotation. With Shun's/Azunia's rotation I am parsing 3100-3200 with self buffs and consumables(no pot). Unless this parses literally 100dps more for me very soon I will be dropping it.

Decided to finally get this spec a go today. I couldn't possibly memorize that rotation, so I made my own setup. I just made a FB/EB/IB macro, kept CB as its own button. Frenzied Strike only in the 2 builder macros (FS and DS).

Burst Marco:

Rotation was: (start with 3AP)
TS
DS -> CB
FS -> FS -> Burst
FS -> FS ->TS
DS -> Burst
FS -> FS -> Burst

Basically every time DS is off CD, I went TS -> DS, then either CB (if up) or the burst macro. Spam FS, FS, burst until DS is back up. CB comes off CD just before you loop around to TS -> DS again, but I just wait till after DS is ready to keep the rotation flowing. Seemed much easier than the monstrosity of a rotation shown above. I didn't clip any of my FB ticks with the all in one macro.

Self Buffed, no consumables at all.

I will adjust that post I made earlier about the rotation to make it a little bit better. I also simplified Jopok's rotation a little bit, too, and it gives really good dps.
