Yeah sadly due to limitation on edit policies on the forums, i cannot edit the first post.

So, just start from the end of this thread (latest posts) and look for the most recent version.
Otherwise, just see my signature and click it; it points to the latest version/part (which is on page 8 atm).

Planning to release v5.5 sometime today.

Yeah I used to be able to edit it at some point. Now I just cannot for some reason I suspect it had to do with the long break I took, or perhaps the forum access issue I had when I returned. For the moment, I can only edit the newer posts I made. I will check with a Mod if they can help.
