------------------------------
The "Weapon Comparison" System:
Have you ever wanted to quickly and easily compare between a One-Hand/Off-Hand combo and a Two-Hander, without the need for a calculator?
Then please check out the new "Compare" sheet!
I've re-designed the old Compare system to work more efficiently and on the fly!
(I've re-purposed Column A in the main LIST for this feature.)
There are 2 comparison sets available (SET A and SET B). Each Set is independent and allows you to compare a One-Hand / Off-Hand combo to a Two-Handed item (including Runes).
You can also compare 2 One-Hand / Off-Hand combos against each other, or even 2 Two-Handed item against one another.
You can use one set or both. There is also a cross-comparison included between both Sets.
This comparison system also has built-in color-coding for easier tracking. It activates automatically when you type A, B, etc.
SET A = Turquoise color (Light Blue).
SET B = Lavender color (Purple).
How to use:
Simply, go to the main LIST, put a mark (A, B, A1, etc) to the left of each item you want to compare, then go to the "Compare" sheet to see the results!
SET A
For the One-Hand / Off-Hand combo and Runes:
Under column A in the main LIST, type A to choose a One-Hand item. Then type another A to choose an Off-Hand item.
Under column A in the main LIST, type A1 to choose a Rune for the One-Hand item. Type A2 (optional) to choose a Rune for the Off-Hand item.
PS: There is only 1 Rune list for both One-Hand and Off-Hand, and it is found under the One-Hand section.
PSS: If you want to use the same Rune for both the One-Hand and Off-Hand, avoid typing A2, and then A1 will be used for both.
For the 2H and Rune:
Under column A, type A to choose a Two-Handed item.
Under column A, type A1 to chose a Rune for the Two-Handed item.
SET B
The same goes for SET B, but with 2 exceptions:
1. You need to type the letter B instead of A to choose your weapons.
2. You need to type B1 (and B2) for the runes instead of A1 (and A2), but under COLUMN B instead of Column A .
For the One-Hand / Off-Hand combo and Runes:
Under column A in the main LIST, type B to choose a One-Hand item. Then type another B to choose an Off-Hand item.
Under column B in the main LIST, type B1 to choose a Rune for the One-Hand item. Type B2 (optional) to choose a Rune for the Off-Hand item.
PS: There is only 1 Rune list for both One-Hand and Off-Hand, and it is found under the One-Hand section.
PSS: If you want to use the same Rune for both the One-Hand and Off-Hand, avoid typing B2, and then B1 will be used for both.
For the 2H and Rune:
Under column A, type B to choose a Two-Handed item.
Under column B, type B1 to chose a Rune for the Two-Handed item.
- You will see some pre-existing examples on the main LIST for easier reference.
- This system is *very* simple once you understand how it works.
PS: The letters are NOT case sensitive, so both "A" and "a", or "B1" and "b1" will work, etc.
Tip:
In the "Compare" Sheet, the results window can quickly tell you which item is better (as you can see from the larger sign ">").
So, if you see: [SET A] 1H/OH > 2H ... then it means: In Set A, the 1H/OH is better than the 2H.
If you see: [SET A] 1H/OH > [SET B] 1H/OH ... then it means: the 1H/OH in Set A is better than the 1H/OH in Set B.
------------------------------
The Raid Buff Simulator:
This is a new system designed to provide you with a good estimate of expected TOTAL STATS (Spell Crit, Spell Power, etc) while raid buffed.
It also shows you the net gain from Raid Buffs, compared to the Base Stats you entered.
PS: Your Planar Attunement (PA) stats are factored into The Raid Buff Simulator, since it relies on your Base Stats input.
How to use:
Just enter your unbuffed base stats in the yellow section (as indicated to the left of the table), and then click "ALL ON" button to activate all the main buffs at once.
You can then use the single "CHECK MARKS" to turn on and off individual buffs, as per your preference.
Click "ALL OFF" to turn off all the buffs.
PS: If I missed any buffs or if you have any comments about this new feature, your feedback is welcome.
