Cleric DPS/Heals Spreadsheet

Hello everyone,

Current Version: v2.7

Features:

• Top Upgrades: Displays the top upgrades for your selected options
• Gear Source Filtering: Only show the gear that you want to see (Mainly effects Top Upgrades Tab)
• Lesser Essence Resist Filtering: Need to figure out the BiS fire resist, this makes it really easy
• Customizable Spec: Set up your spec how you want it (only takes into account stat bonuses)
• Save Gear Sets: This lets you save as many different gear and Source Machine setups as you can imagine.

I realize that at first this Spreadsheet can seem a bit daunting, but it is very easy to use. Here are some simple steps to guide you through how to use the spreadsheet.

1. Select your current gear on the Equipped Gear tab.
2. Select your Focus Requirement on the Equipped Gear tab (Healers use 0).
3. Filter out any gear you don't want to see on the Equipped Gear tab.
4. Set your spec, select your buffs, and fill in your PA's on the Spec + Buffs tab.
5. Make sure to select your 3 souls at the top.
6. Look at the Top Upgrades tab to find better gear (filtered by your options).

How to Save Gear Sets:

1. Select your gear, augments, and runes on the Equipped gear Tab.
2. Enter a unique name for the set in the Gear Set Name field and hit Enter.
3. Click the Save Gear Set Button

How to Load and Delete Gear sets:

1. Select the set you wish to load or delete from the respective drop down.
2. Click the respective button to load or delete the Gear Set.
3. Read and respond to any pop-ups.

These processes are the exact same for Source Machine Sets.

For all Filtering Options selecting "Yes" will show the corresponding gear, and selecting "No" will hide it.


To have any gear added to the Spreadsheet please just post it on this thread

Oh one last thing, I suggest making a copy of the spreadsheet for your own use. This can be done by clicking File... then Make a Copy... from within the spreadsheet.

This creates a private copy for yourself. It also eliminates the issue of multiple people using the spreadsheet at the same time.

With doing this you will want to check back from time to time for updates. With any major updates I will change the version number, so you can go off of that.

Oh as a side note I am working on adding more augments for crafted items and could use data on the actual stat increase for each augment, any information would be great.

Augments add stats in different ratios for different slots, you can consult my lists for the per slot values of rare (blue) augments that are of interest to a healing or DPS cleric.

I haven't included tanking augments in any slot other than Shield for brevities sake.

I'm mainly focusing on Epic augments right now as they are so easy to get (at least the main stat ones), but I will definitely check your list for the blue ones.

This spread sheet is awesome.

There is one problem that I have found though.

When you reach your target focus it seems to give something a negative value resulting in it not showing the correct upgrades. For instance the 2 items below.

I have Shyla's Consecrated Helm (Epic) equipped and am looking at Asphodel's Empowered Coif (Relic) as an upgrade which it clearly is, yet the spreadsheet the EP Diff is -5.08. I can only assume this is because the focus pushing you over cap is given a negative EP value. As you can see it is a increase in all stats so can not possibly be a worse item.

I am not sure how you could correct this though. You may want to look at giving focus a value of 0 once you reach your target focus though that may be difficult to do since then you may unwittingly change to gear that takes you below your target focus.

Awesome spreadsheet! A few suggestions though. Need to be able to tell what PvP rank you are so it just doesn't show all rank 8 equipment (for us low rank people). You should be able to show if you are guardian or defiant so you don't see quests from the opposite side, and last need to be able to select if I as a cleric want to see the cloth items or not. Thanks for all your hard work!

Thanks for letting me know about this. I will take a loot at the calculations and see what I can do to get this to work correctly. Unfortunately because my EP calculations are completely new I still have to work out some kinks.

Indeed I will be updating it with all of the new items over the next couple of weeks as new stuff is discovered.

This should be pretty easy to implement as I already have the items source separated.

Actually this isn't quite true. There is at least one Defiant only quest reward of some significance, it's a neck from memory.

In that case (just as the guardian greater) I can mark it out in the name, but I will be working on this at some point. It's just at the end of my list of things to do.

CDCrane, I have reworked the way that the Focus EP Value is calculated and the values that it can use. These changes have resulted in the issue you brought up being resolved.

I have gone through everything and don't believe there should be any issues, but if you find any I missed please let me know.

Also for those healers out there that are using this spreadsheet, I have changed the EP calculations to assist you as well. Now it will completely eliminate Focus as a consideration when the Required Focus is set to 0. This way it will evaluate each item based solely on its total SP and total SC.

Also updating the Sheet to v2.1 due to the major change to EP calculations.

I am still in the process of updating these changes to each slot, but it should be done shortly.
