This is a basic overview of the various abilities of each Cleric soul. It's not a comprehensive list (a few things may be missing here or there), but it should give people a general idea about what each soul can do. Updates/corrections are welcome! Cabalist
Role: Area of Effect Ranged DPS (Death Damage)
Signature Abilities
Lurking Decay (R)
While casting the Decay spell, the Cabalist gains stacks of Lurking Decay. Consuming this buff does aoe death damage; the higher the number of stacks, the more damage done.

Sigils (only one can be active, the following effects happen when the sigil is consumed)

(R) of Binding- AoE Slow (movement speed reduced by 50%)
(R) of Woe- AoE purge (removes enemy buffs)
(R) of Secrecy- AoE silence (prevents spell casting for 5 seconds)
(R) of Ruin- AoE stun (stuns enemies for 2 seconds)
(T) of Ravaging- Heal self for 100% of damage from lurking decay
Bonus Abilities
Blink in a random direction (R) (20-second cooldown)
Debuffs
5-Second Root (R) (15-second cooldown)
Spell Reflect (R) (affects one spell, 60-second cooldown)
Increase casting time of enemy by 30% (T) (lasts 15 seconds)
Buffs
Silence/Interrupt ward (R) (affects one spell, 2-minute cooldown)
Death Grip (T) (pull and slow up to five enemies to your location)
Increases Air, Earth, Fire, and Water resistance by 40 (T) (self only)
Inquisitor
Role: (Mostly) Single Target DOT (Damage over Time) Ranged DPS (Death and Life Damage)
Signature Abilities
Armor (Spell)- Protects the Inquisitor (self only). Only one armor can be used at a time from the following:
of Treachery (R)- increases damaging abilities by 3%
of Awakening (R)- increases health regen by 50% and mana regen by 10%
of Devotion (T)- increases endurance and critical hit chance
Bonus Abilities
(R) Reduce threat by 90% (2 minute cooldown)
(T) Vex (a signature DoT) heals self for 90% of damage done
(T) Life Siphon (heals self when using Harsh Discipline on enemy, channeled)
Debuffs
(R) Slow by 30% for 8 seconds (1 second cooldown)
(R) Purge (removes 2 enemy buffs, 10 second cooldown)
(R) AoE Fear (8 second duration, one minute cooldown)
(R) Knockback on single enemy (30 second cooldown)
(R) Lower enemy resistance to Life and Death magic by 30 (60 second duration)
(R) AoE Stun (3 second duration, 2 minute cooldown, channeled)
(T) Decrease enemy damage output and damage taken by 6% (10 second duration)
(T) Confuse/Disorient enemy for 8 seconds (can be broken by damage)
Buffs
(R) Ward against Fear (affects one spell, 2 minute cooldown)
(T) Resistance to Life and Death increased by 30 (affects one target at a time, 1 hour duration)
Druid
Role: (Mostly) Single Target Melee DPS (Physical Damage), Weak Heals, Buffing/Healing Pets
Signature Abilities
Pets (Only one can be summoned at a time):
(R) Faerie- Heals you and party (weak heals), buffs you (attack power increased by spell power)
(R) Greater Faerie- more effective version of faerie (same abilities)
(T) Satyr- increases party's attack power, buffs you (attack power increased by spell power)
Bonus Abilities
Single target heal (weak, instant cast)
Party heal- 10 members (weak, instant cast)
Buffs
(R) Damage absorbing shield (30 second duration, self only)
(R) Melee attacks restore mana (self only)
(T) Endurance increased by 5% (self only)
(T) Increased critical hit chance by 5% (self only)
(T) Critical strike damage increased 10%
Debuffs
(R) Root one enemy (3 second duration, cannot be broken by damage, 30 second cooldown)
(R) Mana, Power, Energy recover at 75% normal speed (single enemy, 15 second duration, 8 second cooldown)
(R) Healing effectiveness reduced by 25% (single enemy, 15 second duration, 8 second
cooldown)
(R) Melee damage increased by 50% and damage taken reduced by 50% (10 second duration, 3 minute cooldown)
(T) Sleep enemy (10 second duration)
(T) Silence enemy (10 second duration)
(T) Slow enemy by 45% (4 second duration)
Justicar
Role: (Mostly) Single Target Tank/Melee DPS Hybrid, Weak Heals
Signature Abilities
Cavalier- life-based damage abilities generate one conviction point each
Mien (only one at a time, 1 hour duration, self only)
(R) of Honor- Reduces threat from damage by 50% and healing done by 50%
(R) of Leadership- increases threat generation by 100%, endurance by 80%, Block/Parry/Dodge/Armory by 130%, reduces healing and damage done by 40%
Doctrines (weakish heals, require conviction points to use, instant cast)
(R) Loyalty-(weak) Heals 10 nearby party members
(R) Righteousness-(medium) single-target heal
(R) Authority- deals weapon/life damage and heals 5 party members for 300% damage done
(T) Bliss- (weak) self heal
Precepts (self only, require conviction points to use)
(R) of Purpose- releases all conviction, attacks restore 3% (2 second duration for each conviction point released)
(T) of Refuge- increases block chance by 20% (8 second duration)
(T) of Valiance- releases all conviction, damaging abilities grant twice normal threat (occurs once for each point of conviction released)
Bonus Abilities
(T) Heal (strong) that heals both self and previously marked target (5 minute cooldown)
(T) Combat Rez (brings ally back to life with 100% health)
(R) Overhealing is transferred to previously marked target
(R) Damaging abilities have a 40% chance to heal self
Buffs
(T) Armor increased by 15%
(T) Melee abilities do 10% more damage if a mace or hammer are equipped
(T) Reduce damage received by 5%
(T) Damage heals 10 party or raid members for 25% damage done (does not affect self, 1 hour duration)
(T) Block rating increased by 25% of spell power
(R) All heals done by party members increased by 5% for 30 seconds (2 minute cooldown)
(R) Increase casting and melee speed of all party members by 10%
Debuffs
(T) Slow enemy by 50% (15 second duration)
(T) Root enemy for 3 seconds (cannot be broken by damage)
(T) Stun enemy for 2 seconds (20 second cooldown)
(R) Increase life damage taken by 5% (15 second duration)
(R) AoE spell interrupt (10 second cooldown, melee-range only)
Shaman
Role: Single Target and AoE Melee DPS (Physical/Air/Water damage)
Signature Abilities
Heart (only one active at a time, increases party resistances by 30 for 1 hour)

(T) of the Twilight Forest- Life and Death
Courage (only one can be up at a time, increases party spell power by attack power and the following additional party-wide buff):

Vengeance (only one can be active at a time, melee attacks do the following):
(R) of the Ageless Ice- restores 5% of maximum mana for each enemy hit (25 second duration, 2 minute CD)
(R) of the Frozen Earth- slow enemies by 50% (6 second duration)
(R) of the Piercing Cold- reduce enemy strength and dexterity by up to 15%
(R) of the Bitter Wind- 25% chance to interrupt enemies
(R) Primal North- all enemies take additional air damage for 25 seconds (1 minute CD)
Bonus Abilities
(T) Battle charge (15 second CD)
(R) Heal (only able to be used after you are critically hit, 6 second cooldown, instant cast)
Buffs
(T) Increase melee critical hit chance by 5% (self only)
(T) Increase physical damage done by 5% (self only)
(T) Reduces damage received by 5% (self only)
(T) Critical strikes do 10% more damage (self only)
(T) Increases healing received by 15% (self only)
(T) Melee crits restore 5% of health and mana
(T) All melee abilities crit for 9 seconds (2 minute CD, self only)
(R) Damage absorbing shield (moderate strength, 30 second CD)
Debuffs
(T) Slow enemy by 70% for 6 seconds (15 second CD)
