Major PvE hubs in each zone have pvp vendors.

The PVP armor from the hub vendors is good for filling in the gaps, but I recommend getting Planar/Extraplanar/Transplanar pieces as you go. Just hop into the occasional level-appropriate zone event to get the source stones and planarite you need. If you compare the gear piece to piece, the PVP gear seems to have a lower item level.

Also try the world vendor for lessers, gear and weapons. Still wearing my level 50 Helmet from the World vendor.

    Default Places to get gear.

The main places to get gear with favor is sanctum/meridian at every 5th level, for example <25,35,45 the vendors require u be at a certain notoriety to buy. Other favor vendors are in specific zones and are generally random, lvl 18 in gloamwood/stonefield, lvl 30 in scarlet gorge, 36 in highlands/droughtlands and i believe 34 in scarwood, although i may be wrong about that. Non Favor gear usually can be bought with planarite and sourcestones from zone vendors. There is one per zone. If you have a few spare platinum you can always check the auction house between WFs. And lastly if you know a friend or guildy who is a crafter, they can likely make you some gear/weapons. By doing this you should be able to keep up with your gear and stay mostly in blues. Ohhh!! One more thing, at every 5th or 10th level go do the zone puzzles and cairns, those can get you gear quick. Be sure not to complete them all as you may want to save some for higher levels. (the cairns and puzzles round the gear you loot to your 10th or 5th level, which ever is closer, if you need help with puzzles or cairns google them.)

I tend to have very few posts because I find arguing with trolls is difficult because they tend to bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

People have it covered, pretty much, but there's a guide in the PVP guide section.

Getting all the stuff will take a while, though, unless you drop a little favour on a few pieces.

You level fast enough I wouldn't worry too much about lower lv PVP gear. Better I think to save your favor for lv30 mount and then should have a lot saved for 50.

Still unclear why people think leving in WF's is a good idea. Its so much faster to quest grind. The best are the guys that turn off exp gain and make twinks. I just wish i was cool enough to make a twink so I was top dps in low level brackets. Kinda sad they need to stay in lower brackets to make themselves feel better cause they are usually the ones that ***** about every class but theres is SOOO OP when they try to play in the endgame warfonts so they troll about how they are the best players in the game but their gear is why they loose. Keyboard turning and only use 4 keys they macroed from someone elses guide, having no clue how to play their class. So this is myy QQ and its about how if someone took a pole i promise 90% of players would say they are almost all pro quality. we all know how hard it is fro rogues to spam fan out all WF, that sure takes a TON of skill.
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small doesn’t serve the world. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

Personally after doing the quests before, I find leveling via the WF more fun. I don't spend any of my favor on gear as I level up and instead save it so that by the time I hit 50 I have purchased the entire Tier 1 pvp set of armor.
