There aren't any addons that you "must" have, but the ones mentioned so far are pretty nice.

I would say "nkReBuff" is a must have addon for PvP. Buffs like Leeching Posion and Fell Blades are a must to have up at all times and nkrebuff helps more then I would have ever thought.. You can also set it up for debuffs and other cooldowns..

I also use "Book of the fallen" it is a great addon for PvP as well. It keeps track of all the people you have killed or killed you and puts it into a point system. Tells you how many killing blows you got, assists, healing, ect...

Besides thoughs addons I also use "Simple Meter".

The only one I would say is a necessity, would be raid killer for Akylios.
That is simply for the sake of tracking when the waves are coming out.
I played the entire game vanilla, and I only use the raid killer alert for the aforementioned waves.
