    True, and the guy I quoted even said the same. Gah, I really shouldn't post after just waking up.

    I'm not against all callings having a 1s GCD, it doesn't worry me in the slightest. Just as long as the change is done right, something I have very little faith in Trion doing lately.

    I think GCD should be based off your weapon choice. 1 second for 1 handers without spell power. 1.5 seconds for 1 handers with spellpower, and 2 seconds for all 2 handers and ranged weapons.

    I would like to emphasize, as I already did in the main post, that when I'm talking about the hypothetical idea of 1.0s GCD for all classes, I'm already assuming that classes would need carefully tested, extensive tweaking to damage numbers and to some of their abilities.

    The point of this thread is to attempt to get an idea of how many would like the idea of "faster-feeling combat" and how many would be in outrage if such a change occurred.

    I am 100% aware that such a change would not be a hotfix and would require an enormous amount of work just to keep from breaking the entire game.
