I would go with pvp souls or none. Maybe I don't understand this new patch well, but I got excited in the newness and put all my points in the pvp soul which now I regret as it is useless for pve. Honestly I love the flexibility the new PA gives us, but just can't stomach being married to 1 attunement for all 5 (or 6) of my soul configurations.

I guess ill just have to make one of my 50s purely pvp and the other purely pve which will slow down overall PA gain, but I guess thats better than pve'ing knowing all the PA on that character is wasted on valor.
