Need help with Lost in Transit quest

I must be an idiot because I can't seem to find any info on the "missing shipment" portion of the lost in transit quest.
It's one of those stupid area circles instead of a dot, and when I get to where it says 0 meters to target there's nothing. I've looked and looked, waved my mouse pointer like I was in an old style hunt the pixel adventure game and nothing. I'd simple skip it but it's a story quest, so I'd rather not. I just can't believe I'm the only one that's had this problem. Google and these forums have no topics on this quest, and the wiki type sites are next to useless.
I'm stumped and frustrated anyone able to help?

If I remember right you find the missing shipment in the hedgemaze, just keep going through until you come to a small clearing type area with a few boglings and the sparkly missing shipment

That's the problem, no sparkly thing. I've being killing the stupid boglings for over half an hour, tried climbing the tree and rocks, done everything I can think of but no sparkly anything.

Looks as if the corpse with the first clue on where to look was under the terrain.
You can see a sliver of him near the cart by the entrance, he'll show a clue for where you need to go next.

I have moved him above the terrain for the next scheduled update (not this week)

Where you need to go is somewhere within the circle not in the center of it.
