I have been playing this game since beta, and been an avid rare mob hunter the past several months. When you guys looked at a few of the older zones and fixed up the rare spawns, it was a much better experience hunting them down. It may have taken a long time, and some rares I have yet to see, but I have managed to complete the zone achievement for all the old world zones....except IPP.
I have circled this zone countless times, humped spawn points, logged in after restarts, went and checked when nobody was playing, and 4 STILL elude me after all this time. I don't know if they get broken or not, but i DO know there is a problem, and its caused by some or all of these things:
1) Ungodly long respawn timers for a few of them
2) Horrid spawn and pat locations, and get killed by guards or invasions
3) Simply get broken and won't spawn
I really don't know about #3, but i know it is some combination of 1 and 2. It is impossible to track these buggers down when they take SO LONG to spawn (especially in comparison to almost every rare mob in this game and other zones) and then promptly get killed by 1 of the 5 million invasions or guard NPC's.

What makes matters worse...you need 7 rares of 8, leaving no wiggle room. Every other zone was much more manageable, IPP is a disaster. I don't even want to think about the pain of getting them ALL ~.~
Please, please look at IPP and make some adjustments! PLEASE!
As a side note, I liked what you did with swirling tempest, more than one spawn location on the map... and a neat little rune summon event as well. It was cool
